The upgrade will be automatically applied shortly if not already. It's a lifetime upgrade.

What about customers on SSD-4? Don't is important to KH?

As the SSD plans are still brand new, they were designed with high specifications to begin with.

Yes, your VPS was upgraded. I used to have a VPS-2 until a few weeks ago (when I upgraded to VPS-3). If I'm correct, VPS-2 plans now have an extra 512 of RAM, more disk space and bandwith. Check out the VPS specs page https://www.knownhost.com/managed-vps-packages.html

All of our customers are important to us. The VPS-1 was and is an entry level plan.

You'll need to talk to ARIN about that one. With IPv4 dwindling away on it's last limb, IPs are only going to become harder to come by and naturally more expensive.

That was meant as a bit of sarcasm, sorry it might have come across as serious. ARIN is who controls IP space for the internet and it's hard to get IP space from them these days, even for providers like us.
